議論
Welcome to moot! We just opened in April 2026. This is a place for anonymous discussions. Names are randomly assigned, so nobody knows who's who. No titles, age, or gender matter here. Your opinion is the star! By the way, what you're looking at right now is a "moot." Title and description are up top, seated users below, and comments from here down.
Huh, so the name "Wolf" is also automatic?
Yep! It's randomly assigned per moot. Here everyone has animal names, but you'll get a different name in another moot.
I see. There's a "Take a Seat" button at the bottom of the screen. What's that?
There are two ways to participate in a moot. Take a Seat → Comment and vote. Become part of the discussion. Follow → Just watch. You can still "like" good comments! Each moot has a max of 9 seats. Even when full, you can still "Follow," so feel free to follow interesting moots. You'll get notifications for new comments and votes too.
Isn't 9 people a bit few?
That's the whole point of moot. In a small group, every voice is heard. On big social media, only the loudest people stand out, right? Here, all 9 people are equal. Every vote carries the same weight.
Good point. But was it okay for me to take a seat?
Of course! Everyone is free to speak their mind here. It doesn't matter who you are — and nobody knows anyway. The comment input area that appears at the bottom when you're seated is there for everyone to share their thoughts. *You can't interact in this guide, but try it out in a real moot!
How do I reply to someone else's comment?
There's a "↩Reply" button at the bottom right of each comment. Press it and a reply tag gets inserted into your input. [Re:aff6081f-9c27-4033-be32-165b85eda6be] When posted, it becomes a pill-shaped reply tag like this.
[Re:deccf5dd-d5ee-4251-9d5d-7c69745717d5] Ah, I see! Clicking it shows the original comment, right?
[Re:deccf5dd-d5ee-4251-9d5d-7c69745717d5] You can put multiple reply tags in a single comment. [Re:42075a1d-7d24-403c-ae88-7ad201411f67] It's handy when responding to several opinions at once.
Next up: the difference between "Like" and "Vote." This is super important. Like → Express "I feel that too!" Tap it freely. Anyone logged in can do it. Vote → Your single ballot to decide the moot's "conclusion." Only seated members get one vote each.
So you can like as many as you want, but only vote for one?
Exactly! You can like every comment you agree with. But you can only vote for one comment per moot. That said — you can change your vote anytime. After voting, if you find a more specific or persuasive comment that shares your view, you can switch your vote to it. Or if your mind changes, you can vote for a different opinion entirely. Feel free to vote for whatever feels like "this is it!" in the moment.
What happens when people vote?
The comment with the most votes is tentatively chosen as the "conclusion." And when the 9th person casts their vote... The "conclusion" is finalized! After that, the moot is locked — no more comments or vote changes.
See the purple frame near the moot title at the top of this page? That's the conclusion chosen by votes. If it's provisional, it'll be orange. Once that happens, the discussion is closed, so go find another moot. You can see the list of moots by clicking the logo or "Home" in the menu.
Okay, I'll look around for interesting ones. So what if I want to create my own moot?
